Portland shows up for Lake Street Dive. In return they give us all their love, each and every time they grace the stage in our little city. This time they gave us 3 brilliant shows, everyone a different experience. 

“Portland feels like home to us.” Singer Rachael Prince said, “I didn’t even wear spanks tonight, Portland will take me as I am.”

Night one was a collection of side projects the members of Lake Street Dive have undertaken while also creating new music as a group. Dubbed “Side Street” this cool little show gave us a glimpse at each members unique talents. 

Night 2 at Thompson’s Point was sold out and felt like a stadium show in a home town. The band looked comfortable and relaxed. You felt connected to the band on a familial level. 

Night 3 closed with flash! The group performed in bright and shiny outfits that are more reminiscent of past LSD shows. As always the set lists were a collection of music written and produced by each band member as they are all incredible musicians.
